Kingfisher Grounds Co. is a licensed, locally owned grounds-care company based in Mandeville, Louisiana, serving homeowners across the Northshore of St. Tammany Parish.

We founded the company after seeing the same pattern across the parish: homeowners coordinating a mowing service, a mosquito company, and a lawn-treatment provider separately, with no one accountable for the property as a whole — and crews that too often stopped showing up. We hold the state licensing required to perform all of that work ourselves, and we operate on documented standards so the result is the same every visit.

Kingfisher was founded by Blake Peterson and Austin LeRay — Northshore locals building the company they'd want taking care of their own yards.

We aren't the lowest-priced option on the Northshore, and we don't try to be. What we offer is premium work — complete grounds management and lawn and garden health — delivered on schedule by a licensed company that answers the phone.

What we stand for

Four things we won't compromise on.

Properly licensed

We hold Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry certification for turf, ornamental, and mosquito applications, and we carry general liability coverage with a pesticide endorsement. Every application is recorded — product, rate, site, and conditions — as the state requires.

Consistent scheduling

Each property is assigned a fixed service day and kept on it. You receive a message before the crew arrives and a photo once the work is complete, so the service is verifiable whether or not you're home.

Deliberately local

We keep our routes tight across the Northshore rather than spreading thin across the parish. Shorter distances between properties mean crews arrive on schedule and have the time to complete the full standard.

Transparent pricing

One flat rate per property, quoted after we measure it. Work outside your membership scope is quoted in advance — we don't add charges after the fact, and our crews don't sell at the curb.

What every visit includes.

Our crews work from a written checklist, so the routine is identical on the first visit and the fiftieth. The completion photo we send you is the record that each step was performed.
