Twelve-month rates for a lawn up to a quarter acre. Rather not commit to a year? Month to month is $265, $345 and $440, and your quote shows both rates. Every membership starts under the 30-day guarantee: if the first month misses the standard, we come back and make it right.

Treatment timing follows soil temperature, so exact weeks shift year to year. Your service day stays the same.
What else we take on
We run the treatment program, keep the hedges and beds, bring back a lawn that mowing alone will never fix, and clear the property after a storm or a heavy drop. Some of it runs on a schedule and joins your membership on the same invoice. The rest is a job with a start and a finish, and we price it against your property.
Mosquito, pest and lawn treatments
These run on a schedule and join your membership, and the crew that mows your lawn is the crew that treats it, under our state license No. 0051Z4.
- Lawn health program: fertilization and weed controlIn Platinum
- Pre‑emergent in fall and spring, fertilization set by your soil test, spot weed control through the season, broadleaf from December to February, and a soil test each year that sets it all.
- Mosquito & tick barrierIn Gold
- Gold includes it, and a Silver membership can add the same barrier on the same calendar. Would you rather go botanical? We run an essential-oil product instead, on the same three-week calendar.
- Fire ant programIn Platinum
- Season-long control of the mounds across the whole property. Platinum includes it, and Silver and Gold members can add it on its own.
- Tree & shrub health
- We feed the trees and shrubs and treat them for the insects and diseases that get into them, on the same four-week invoice.
Beds and shrubs
Your membership already edges the beds and hand weeds them. This is the deeper work on top of that.
- Bed & border care
- We prune, shape and cut the beds back on a schedule. The routine weeding is already in your membership, and this is the heavier work.
- Hedge & shrub trimming
- We keep every hedge and shrub in its shape through the growing season. Gold already includes one dormant pruning each January.
- Mulch, straw and new beds
- We cut clean bed lines, set the plants and lay fresh mulch or pine straw. This one is quoted as a job.
Aeration, topdressing and new sod
Upkeep keeps a lawn even. These are the jobs that fix what upkeep cannot. They run from the least invasive to the most, and each one is quoted on its own.
- Core aeration
- We pull plugs out of the compacted clay most of this parish sits on, so water and roots move again. May through July, while the grass can close the holes.
- Dethatching
- We cut the thatch layer out so water and feed reach the roots. Zoysia and bermuda build it fastest, and April and May is the window.
- Sand leveling and topdressing
- We spread a thin layer of sand across the lawn to take the ruts and low spots out of the surface. April and May on zoysia, while it can grow back through.
- Overseeding
- We seed the thin and worn areas back in, on centipede and bermuda. St. Augustine and zoysia do not grow from seed, so those get plugs or sod.
- Sod installation
- We strip out turf that is too far gone to bring back and lay new sod. If the real problem is shade, we say so first.
Leaves and storms
Both are quoted as a job, and both are separate from the clearing your membership already does at every visit.
- Leaf clearing and haul-off
- When the drop is heavy enough to bury the yard, we tarp the whole property, clear it and haul it off. Under live oak and pine that runs into January.
- Storm cleanup
- We take out the limbs and debris and haul them away. Gold and Platinum members are first on the route after a storm.
