What we collect

When you request a quote or become a member we collect what it takes to do the work: your name, phone number, email, property address, and anything you tell us about the property (gate codes, pets, problem areas). Doing the work adds service records: measurements of the lawn, visit history, photos of the work areas, soil test results, and the legally required records of any product applied.

Stripe handles payments. We never see or store your card number.

What we use it for

Measuring and quoting your property, scheduling and performing service, sending service messages (arrival texts, completion photos, re-entry notices after a treatment), invoicing, and keeping the application records Louisiana requires us to keep. After a job we may ask for a review; that is the extent of our marketing to you.

Texting

By giving us your phone number you agree to receive service messages by text: before-arrival notices, completion photos, quotes, and scheduling. Reply STOP at any time and they end. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

What we share, and what we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Ever.

Your details are shared only with the services that run the business under our instructions (scheduling and invoicing software, payment processing, messaging) and with the state when the law requires it, such as pesticide application records requested by the Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry.

Photos

Completion photos document the work and go to you. Photos of your property are not used in marketing without asking you first.

This website

The site does not run advertising, ad trackers, or analytics that profile you. The quote form sends us exactly what you type into it, and the address suggestions are fetched from a mapping service as you type so we can find the property. That is the extent of it.

How long we keep things

Service and application records are kept as long as Louisiana requires and as long as they are useful for maintaining your lawn well; the history of what a lawn has received is part of caring for it. Quote requests that never become service are cleared out within a reasonable time.
